Delivery and Returns

We currently only deliver to UK addresses.

Items will be posted with UK Standard Delivery at £2.99 and will reach you within 3-5 working days.

We offer Free Standard Delivery on orders over £30

In-Store collection - Free

If you would like a return please email us within 5 days of receipt and return the item to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

We have a strict 14 Days return policy, this begins from the first day of delivery.

Please return orders along with your original invoice to Visage, 13 High St, Cowbridge, Vale Of Glamorgan, CF717AD. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Please ensure to return your order on a tracked/signed for postal service as we will not be held liable for any lost parcels. You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. We will not be able to refund items where we detect signs of wear or damage, perfume and odour on items and stains from make-up and spray tan. Please take extra care when trying items on.

Due to hygeine reasons we are unable to accept refunds on pierced earrings unless faulty.

Any items returned to the store will be processed via your original payment method.

If you have selected to collected your items from our boutique please note that our in-store returns policy will apply. This will be a credit note or exchange only. To receive a refund you will need to select the delivery option when ordering online.
